“A very transformative experience, hard but in all aspects perfectly planned. I feel cared for and I felt a lot of space is held for me by others and this main thing was the most healing for me. You get your heart open and you add in new neuro paths to ur old habits. The connection that was built between the ppl was simply unique through the medicine and we sort of extended it even after weeks the retreat ended, we made a family through this retreat, bringing a diverse group of ppl with very different experiences and making us all one. “What has started as a trip to basically keep a promise I made a while ago, turned into the deepest healing experience I have had in my life. Fun fact: although I had expected demons from my past to pop up, it very much caught me by surprise. “I took some time to reflect and feel how the "deep remembering retreat" sustainably influenced my life after a while. I am sure you believe me when I say, it has changed me. I already found myself several times in the last couple of weeks thinking, has this feeling of pleasure always been so deep?

Just yesterday I went to a museum and looked at paintings, being so honestly impressed by the way the artist drew his paintings. I felt I have never seen such beauty and even more such a profound connection to someone else's he(art). Then I realized my ability to connect with the artist, see and feel him and his expression through his art. And I asked myself: Do I feel stronger since the retreat?

I am sure I do. My heart is open.

Roni, Pia, the singing, rituals, and our whole group opened my heart in a way it has never been opened, or a long time forgotten. It was like the first best friend group of girls I had in my teenage years. Pure curiosity, vulnerability, so much joy and playfulness, trust, love, and our home was the safest place I have ever been. I immediately feel good when I think of the house.

My life has changed through this experience.

I feel compassion for everyone. I feel one with nature and I feel trust, I learned to trust 14 people in one week, and that makes me realize, I trust humanity.

I also had some tough days afterward that's for sure, but slowly, slowly, my heart opens up again and love comes to it.
