Each guest will need to submit an individual application form before being accepted to the retreat
Applications are processed Monday - Friday and take 1-2 business days to complete.
You will receive a confirmation email from hello@ourfutureisancient.com once your application has been processed that will include details on how to continue.
A $600 deposit is required to reserve your spot

We curate intimate gatherings with maximum 14 guest per retreat. In this way there is enough space for yourself and your process as well as connecting to a group of like-minded individuals from all around the world.

We work with 4 - 5 facilitators per retreat making for a ratio of 3 participants per facilitator. Additionally we will have our conscious food team and support.

Your retreat fee includes a $300 non-refundable part of your deposit which covers application processing and administrative fees. In case of any questions, please reach out to hello@ourfutureisancient.com. Our office team will be of assistance.
Should you wish to cancel your participation on the retreat dates that you booked, we offer the following options:
Cancel 60 days or more in advance – 75% refund or balance is credited for transfer to another retreat within one calendar year minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancel 30 days in advance— 50% refund or balance is credited for transfer to another retreat within one calendar year minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancel 21 - 14 days or before the retreat, you will receive a 25% refund or balance is credited for transfer to another retreat within one calendar year minus the non-refundable deposit.
No refund will be issued for cancellation within 14 days before the start of the retreat.
We recommend all participants have travel insurance before joining us, to protect their retreat from unseen circumstances.

If we have to cancel one of our retreats due to internal needs of our team, we will offer all of our participants to register for an upcoming retreat within the next 12 months from the original date or will proceed a refund of the costs. In case of refund a $50 administration fee will be kept.

We are not requiring vaccination to join this retreat. By attending you acknowledge and accept the risk involved in joining an intimate, unmasked gathering. We will adhere to the local requirements, which involve wearing masks on transport and in the bus stations and airports etc. It is your responsibility to review the entry and exit requirements to and from Mexico and your return country. Antigen and PCR testing are available in Sayulita and most towns or cities in Mexico.

At SOUL MEDICINE all accommodation is shared. We will be staying in eco-friendly build, beautiful jungle cabins surrounded by the jungle and complete privacy, with a 15-minute walk to a secluded sacred beach. All cabins have private bathrooms with king/queen-sized beds and some single beds.

The closest airport is Puerto Vallarta in Nayarit. On the first day of the retreat we will organize a group shuttle taxi at 12/1pm, which is included in the price of the retreat. If you can’t make the organized group shuttle we can get you an individual taxi, which will have an extra cost of about $50.

The venue provides bed sheets and towels but no toiletry. We are staying in an eco-friendly center and would love to invite you to only bring organic products to the retreat to make sure anything we are putting back into the system isn’t leaving a negative footprint.
Please bring comfortable clothes, something to wear in the temazcal (swim suit and skirt/sarong for women), ceremonial clothes.

No, we offer a unique deep journey for self-exploration, soul connection and healing but as a non-clinical setting we are not allowed to provide therapy. We do offer possibilities for ongoing in-depth integration support after our retreats with trained psychedelic integration coaches.

Your therapist should be informed about your decision to work with psilocybin mushrooms.
If your therapist is unfamiliar with the research showing psilocybin’s effects, you can refer them to our resources library, where you can find pages to different articles about the latest research and the effect of psilocybin.

Please make sure to list all of your current medication in our application form for us to check if it safe for you to work together with us at this stage.

We cannot accept people who have suffered/are currently suffering from epilepsy, psychosis, severe depression, suicidal thought pattern, borderline personality disorder, bi-polar disorder or schizophrenia.
If you are unsure about your current condition, please write extensively in your application form, so we can evaluate your suitability for the retreat.

Yes we do offer every participant in a retreat a tailored preparation program, as well as 2 group integration, calls after the retreat. All retreat participants can book additional integration sessions with one of our facilitators or integration coaches for an additional fee.
